October Stamp of the Month

It's hard to believe it is mid-October. Here, our weather is still very warm and sunny. It was 80 degrees yesterday while we wandered through the pumpkin patch picking out pumpkins.

It makes it hard to get in the mood to create holiday items, but the October Stamp of the Month can help. It is called Twinkle, and it's a very fun and festive set. Perfect for getting started on the Christmas projects. Plus, the images below that are outlined in red, correspond to a cut on the new Cricut Artistry Cartridge. The set has the page in the booklet and the dial size to cut the image, so that it fits the stamped image. What could be easier?

I just started playing with this set and created this using some leftover pieces from the discontinued Yuletide Collection. I loved the textured look it gave in the background.

I used the Artistry Cricut Cartridge to cut the Red Shimmer Paper and White Daisy Cardstock into the shape to fit the stamped border. So Simple!
